Youth Group:  Our Youth Ministry Program involves students in 4th—12th grade.  We meet at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Sunday’s  for fun, fellowship, worship and Bible study. We share a meal together and have a group meeting.  We also meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays to help serve at Grace’s Table. There are many extra gatherings such as mission trips, retreats, Southwest Texas Conference gatherings and camps, ski trips, Victoria District gatherings, day trips and lock-ins.

Vacation Bible School (VBS):  Vacation Bible School is held every summer typically during the last week of July. Each year there is a special theme for the week and all activities of each day are related to the daily Scripture. There are Bible stories, crafts, recreation, science discovery and music that groups rotate among. VBS begins at 5:30 p.m. with a light dinner and then gather for an opening program. From there small groups attend each of the areas until closing at 8:30 p.m. Children three years through 4th grade are invited to attend. The older youth (junior and senior high students) are helpers. There is also a class for adults during the week. This takes the efforts of many volunteers. There are many areas in which to help. Anyone interested in helping with VBS, contact the church office.

After School Ministry (ASM):  During the school year, our church provides a free after school program for children in first grade through 4th grade, Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Volunteers go to the elementary school to greet the children and walk them over to the church. There is a daily snack provided. The children have various activities such as a Bible story, lessons to learn to find Bible verses, Godly play, music and crafts. The chiledren are assisted with homework and supervised on the playground. The parents assist in providing the snack foods for the children. This program is only possible because of all the volunteers. It requires at least three volunteers for each day. Anyone interested in helping with ASM, contact Jackie Schuman at the church office.
